2017 – Best Sales Training Solution (DevLearn)

To help our client support their sales associates in recognizing the importance of updating their sales forecasts and knowing what to look for and how to react, we created an engaging and memorable “storm trackers” themed eLearning solution.

Using weather forecasting as a metaphor, the learners assume the role of a new member of a storm tracking team responsible for creating forecasts based on historical data and trends. As learners engage with the narrative, they apply their knowledge and critical thinking skills to spot intangible events (or “storms”) in the sales field and then make decisions to adjust their sales forecasts and prepare all the way up to the arrival of the storms themselves.
