“The Pitch” is an eLearning simulation designed to help sales associates deliver powerful messages. As a sales organization, the ability to effectively communicate with customers is critical to the overall business. Sales associates are provided with data, insights, tools, and a great value proposition. However, if they cannot effectively communicate that information to their customers, it serves little purpose. This course follows the storyline of a season finale of a reality television show, loosely based on the popular series “The Voice”. Contestants deliver sales pitches instead of singing songs. And the learner evaluates the delivery of those messages against eight criteria. As a judge/coach, the learner is actively involved in the season finale, both enjoying the story as an audience member, but also driving the narrative as a decision-maker/influencer in how the story actually progresses and ultimately concludes.
